Refund Policy

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items such as bedding or sleepwear if they have been used.

  • Personalised or customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at satvalimited@mail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Package the item securely and send it back to us using a tracked service.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • If the return does not meet our policy requirements, we may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the replacement.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
